Free vinyasa style yoga class open to all with base access.
Location: Osan Air Base Fitness Center, bldg. 1423. Small stretching room (past women’s locker room).
All experience levels welcome. About 45 minutes of movement, with 15 minute wind down (including savasana) at the end.
Gym mats (shorter than a typical yoga mat) and some yoga blocks provided.
A great cool down stretch after the 9:00am spin class if you’re feeling especially peppy. Start your weekend off feeling great!
